Requirements

  • Background in Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline
  • Proficient in Power BI platform with 1-2 years of experience
  • Ability and familiarity with Microsoft platforms: Excel VBA/functions, Tableau, Python/R, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Pro, building and deploying Power BI App to users
  • Good understanding of OneDrive and SharePoint
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Well-organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Good command and communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Create dashboards using platforms such as Excel Online, Power BI (as mandated by leadership), etc
  • Manage/prepare various data formats e.g., Excel, database management systems (DBMS) especially Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Access (optional) for building dashboards on Power BI platform
  • Demonstrate ability and familiarity with chart types (e.g., bubble, radar charts) and apply them to dashboards
  • Adhere to work schedules and submit dashboards per operating schedule
  • Perform final quality check before sending to client
  • Follow and assure 100% compliance to all SOPs standards and SLA on projects
  • Execute automated charting using NIQ proprietary tools
  • Ensure dashboard applications in operations work smoothly and develop dashboards as per client's requirements
  • Manage projects and their productivity
