Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Proficient knowledge in SQL & MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills and data-oriented mindset
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Exposure to Lean and automation tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet critical deadlines
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum process (experience working in Agile is an added advantage)
  • Knowledge of Insurance industry (added advantage)

Responsibilities

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert for the dataset within the domain with deep knowledge of data structures, preparing SQL queries, content collection tools, loaders, feeds, workflow design, data pipelines, and client interfaces (CIQPro, Ratefilings.com, DMS, Loaders & Scrapers)
  • Support Operations team in consultative capacity for smooth business operations, including collaborative decisions on critical client cases, root cause analysis, audit prioritization, lean projects, automation POCs & UAT
  • Lead & manage content-led projects: scoping, strategizing, coordinating with PMO, updating project status and health, and operating within Program Management Office (PMO) guidelines
  • Work with multiple teams to gather and refine requirements, create timely & accurate Features & user stories, maintain backlog for content user stories and bugs, groom user stories, discuss with stakeholders for prioritization, and provide support to developers and QAs with requirements and testing
  • Contribute to improving data accuracy and driving operational efficiency, including support with data clean-up/audit/generic backfill or load processes
  • Ensure detailed maintenance of documentation, notes, and necessary training material
  • Demonstrate extensive analytical, research, and communication skills
