Candidates should possess a Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML. They should have hands-on experience in machine learning, particularly with large language models (LLMs) and generative artificial intelligence, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, alongside experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, and NLTK. Experience in the customer service field is required, and knowledge of the customer service scheduling process is necessary, with experience in related projects being preferred.
The Data Scientist - LLM (Customer Service) will be responsible for researching and implementing algorithms for customer service scheduling optimization, developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) to derive actionable insights and enhance business decision-making processes, working as prompt engineers to refine prompt design for more accurate outputs, creating scalable and robust LLM/RAG frameworks tailored to customer service scheduling, and fostering innovation to maintain a competitive market edge.
