Requirements

Candidates should possess fluency in English, programming proficiency in Python and SQL, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a data role. They should demonstrate proficiency in data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib, or equivalents, and possess knowledge of the marketing ecosystem and measurement framework, including paid display, search, social, video, organic, web, and app. Experience analyzing media and web data from platforms like Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google ADH, Campaign Manager, Meta, and Google Analytics is required, along with familiarity with media measurement solutions such as media mix modelling, incrementally testing, and attribution models. A foundational understanding of machine learning concepts is beneficial, with hands-on experience being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Data Scientist, Investment Analytics will analyze data to discover hidden trends and deliver insights with clear, applicable recommendations. They will dedicate time to explaining and promoting the use of data science methodologies such as Geo-based Incrementally Testing, Media Mix Models, and Causal Impact Studies. The role involves developing and implementing predictive models to improve media performance, customer experiences, revenue generation, and other outcomes, working with platform partners to expand the suite of mathematical techniques for testing and modeling. Furthermore, they will document analytics projects to ensure replicability and scalability, and seek and implement solutions to improve and automate processes, ultimately enhancing campaign performance for clients.
