Data Analyst

Candidates must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a low-level security clearance, possessing a Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrating at least 7 years of experience planning, designing, building, and implementing IT-related data architecture strategies. Previous healthcare industry experience, specifically within CMS and/or hospital quality reporting, is highly desirable, along with experience building partnerships to drive change in the government space and providing guidance to other engineers.
The Data Scientist will determine opportunities for user analytics, identify issues with user experience, and communicate findings to the Product team, explaining why problems exist and proving the benefits of new user experiences. They will be responsible for designing methods to collect, organize, and analyze data about users and user behaviors. The Data Scientist will also utilize Google Analytics Dashboard and Adobe Analytics, and experience with Big Data technologies such as Amazon Redshift, HADOOP, NOSQL, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, and Snowflake is expected, as well as familiarity with Pyspark, R, Databricks, Python, and PostgreSQL.
