Requirements

  • Master’s Degree with a strong background in data science, analytics, statistics, applied math, or related fields, OR experience in business analytics (pricing or marketing analytics is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to use artificial intelligence and automation for enhancing business processes
  • Produce semi-automated and automated Data Science models for Compass and other channels using the European Data Platform with the support of IT, the COE, and other internal teams
  • Apply machine learning to expand Data Science capabilities and identify new business opportunities
  • Deliver impactful data science recommendations and leads to Sales with high business impact on revenue and sales efficiency
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Portfolio Management, and Sales teams to identify business needs and translate them into quantitative analyses
  • Improve business efficiency by identifying and evaluating the business opportunities that can be translated into Data Science models and used by the Sales & Portfolio team
  • Apply sophisticated data algorithms to design and optimize models that increase engagement on Digital Commerce
  • Generate leads and drive revenue by identifying gaps and opportunities using data
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests promptly and efficiently
  • Manage the quality of data in the platform for Europe by ensuring accuracy in tables used for reporting and modeling: submit tickets for data correction or integration
