Responsibilities

  • 0–3 months: Develop a deep understanding of Tilt’s business model, data flows, and current analytics stack
  • 0–3 months: Build foundational dashboards, pipelines, metrics, and reporting for Marketing, Creator, and Category teams
  • 0–3 months: Improve data quality, governance, and consistency across the business
  • 0–3 months: Deliver insights that inform early decisions in growth, category expansion, and product performance
  • 0–3 months: Begin executing the analytics roadmap for high-impact commercial areas
  • 3+ months: Own and evolve Tilt’s analytics and data science strategy across all teams
  • 3+ months: Lead measurement frameworks for marketing efficiency, attribution, and budget allocation
  • 3+ months: Build predictive and statistical models to support category expansion, retention, and creator performance
  • 3+ months: Partner with Product and Engineering to embed data into key product experiences
  • 3+ months: Develop experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and causal inference
  • 3+ months: Identify new opportunities for impact and drive them from idea to execution
