  • Configure data workflows for different countries and panels
  • Monitor incoming data and check integrity before processing
  • Escalate data quality issues and support investigations
  • Collaborate with relevant global teams (operations, tech, product, etc.)
  • Support the training of more junior team members
  • Document processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Assist in the development and implementation of best practices
  • Assist in optimizations of work processes
