Proficiency in technologies used in the technical stack: Vue JS (front-end), Nest JS (backend), React, Python, Node.js, Scala/Golang (data), AWS (cloud)
Pragmatic and structured approach to engineering management, including mentoring, regular 1:1s, goal setting, and fostering a strong sense of ownership
Technical background to support architectural decisions, review technical approaches, and help make scalable trade-offs

Lead a team of 4 engineers (two data engineers and two software engineers), with potential growth through ongoing recruitment

Use technical background to support architectural decisions, review technical approaches, and help the team make thoughtful, scalable trade-offs
Drive the successful and timely delivery of high-impact, large-scale fullstack projects
Stay hands-on with design and development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions
Translate product and business goals into clear technical roadmaps and execution plans
Partner closely with product managers
Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and monitoring
Drive innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in both technology and team dynamics
