Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 4+ years in Data Engineering (mid-level) or 7+ years (senior)
Strong proficiency with AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and Informatica IICS
Solid experience in data pipeline design, code review, validation, and deployment
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a multicultural, distributed team
Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Comfortable working in EST hours with some flexibility for international collaboration
Nice to have: Knowledge of pharmaceutical / vaccines / sales & contracting / claims data domains
Nice to have: Previous experience in healthcare or regulated industries

Responsibilities

Review and validate data engineering designs
Perform code reviews and ensure technical quality
Support deployment of solutions developed in collaboration with vendor teams
Work closely with international teams across multiple time zones
Provide technical support, code validation, and deployment expertise
