Minimum 4+ years in Data Engineering (mid-level) or 7+ years (senior)
Strong proficiency with AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and Informatica IICS
Solid experience in data pipeline design, code review, validation, and deployment
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a multicultural, distributed team
Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Comfortable working in EST hours with some flexibility for international collaboration
Nice to have: Knowledge of pharmaceutical / vaccines / sales & contracting / claims data domains
