Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on building and maintaining data pipelines. Experience with SQL and ETL tools is essential, along with proficiency in Python for scripting and automation. Familiarity with blockchain data and Web3 analytics tools is highly desirable.
As a Data Engineer at Arbitrum Foundation, you will design and implement scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store data from various sources, including blockchain data and other analytics platforms. You will build and maintain a centralized data warehouse, develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting, create and maintain dashboards for data visualization, ensure data accuracy and reliability through validation processes, automate data processes, and integrate Web3 analytics tools to provide blockchain data insights. Furthermore, you will assess leads from a technical and data standpoint, focusing on the technical team capabilities and timeline credibility.
