Candidates need a deep understanding of the data center infrastructure stack, familiarity with power and cooling distribution systems, understanding of CFD studies and failure analysis, ability to abstract complex cooling constraints into clear constraints, and experience working with internal engineers, vendors, and consultants.
You will build and lead an interdisciplinary team that includes ML researchers and engineers, traders, data center and network architects and engineers, and facilities engineers.
A strong candidate has hands-on familiarity with data center operations from power and cooling to chip level, experience bridging theory and practice in cooling for AI workloads, and the ability to collaborate across teams while leading interdisciplinary efforts.
