Requirements
Candidates should possess a high school graduate or equivalent degree, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination, and 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, warehouse/facilities management, and logistics. They must also demonstrate tech savviness regarding data center issues, proficiency in Excel, client management skills, and hold a mandatory BGV clearance.
Responsibilities
The Data Center Coordinator will oversee disk lifecycle and ingest operations, including procurement, allocation, tracking lost/found disks, scrapping, and shipment. They will monitor data upload and segregation processes, coordinate teams through conflict resolution, task delegation, goal setting, time management, and resource allocation, and effectively communicate updates and statuses to internal teams and clients to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
