Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a marketing or sales environment
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Attention to detail and a dedication to data accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with AI tools and agents and knowledge of how to employ these tools in data cleansing and enrichment

Responsibilities

  • Set up AI Agents to cleanse and enrich data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency across contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to tag data accurately for reporting and campaign integration
  • Develop and maintain Ideal Client Profile lists and Dream Customer lists, ensuring they are appropriately tagged for targeted marketing efforts
  • Research target people within the Account lists to ensure targeting the accurate people
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns by providing clean and reliable data
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and insights that can drive marketing strategies
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure data alignment and support cross-functional initiatives
  • Capture and cleanse data that drives marketing campaigns and initiatives, including cleansing existing data within Salesforce CRM and new data aggregation
  • Ensure CRM data is accurately tagged for targeting and reporting, and build out target accounts and people with appropriate tagging
