Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a marketing or sales environment
Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Attention to detail and a dedication to data accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with AI tools and agents and knowledge of how to employ these tools in data cleansing and enrichment

Responsibilities

Set up AI Agents to cleanse and enrich data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and consistency across contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaigns
Collaborate with revenue teams to tag data accurately for reporting and campaign integration
Develop and maintain Ideal Client Profile lists and Dream Customer lists, ensuring they are appropriately tagged for targeted marketing efforts
Research target people within the Account lists to ensure targeting the accurate people
Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing campaigns by providing clean and reliable data
Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and insights that can drive marketing strategies
Work closely with other departments to ensure data alignment and support cross-functional initiatives
Capture and cleanse data that drives marketing campaigns and initiatives, including cleansing existing data within Salesforce CRM and new data aggregation
Ensure CRM data is accurately tagged for targeting and reporting, and build out target accounts and people with appropriate tagging
