Requirements

  • Previously worked with Linux terminal. Working with data extraction is a plus
  • Experience in troubleshooting data issues, data conversion, and manipulation
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably from a trading/financial services industry
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • Valid work permit for the EU

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage all reported stock exchange/trading activity data issues via an internal ticketing system (JIRA)
  • Investigate and resolve reported data issues using Linux and other servers/data management tools
  • Coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and implement various bug fixes
  • Work on continual service improvement to reduce the number of reported issues and improve our client experience
  • Conduct analysis of existing data flows used by the NTS application
  • Collaborate with colleagues and global cross-functional teams to implement changes to data flows addressing client issues through incident management, accountability, and professional communication
