Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field
  • 5+ years in governance, risk and compliance data analysis or similar role
  • Experience in a law firm and/or a multinational company
  • Experience working in a corporate legal and compliance environment preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex and confidential data
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work on and oversee legal and compliance technology platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional language skills a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing complex data sets to help identify trends, patterns and potential risks, including across global ethics and compliance, global data protection and privacy, AI governance and regulatory compliance
  • Leveraging data analytics and technology to help ensure the mitigation of legal and compliance risks consistent with Aptiv’s values and commitment to doing “The Right Thing, The Right Way.”
  • Designing reports, dashboards and presentations to provide actionable insights and to communicate findings to key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to help evaluate and translate emerging regulatory requirements into appropriate processes and workflows
  • Helping to optimize deployment and usage of legal and compliance technology and tools, including through the use of automation and AI
