Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Prior experience working in a nonprofit with ETO (Efforts to Outcomes)

Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyze program and client data from ETO and other sources to produce accurate reports and dashboards
Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to monitor program performance and client outcomes
Generate custom reports and visualizations for program staff, funders, and stakeholders
Collaborate with program managers and leadership to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational and funder requirements
Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights for program evaluation and strategic planning
Assist in the design and implementation of data collection tools and processes within ETO
