Responsibilities

  • Measure and analyze AI functionality adoption, user satisfaction, and task success rates, linking model performance metrics with business and user experience outcomes
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate insights into strategic recommendations and improvements
  • Take ownership of AI analytics initiatives, driving data-informed decisions that balance technical performance and business impact
