Candidates should possess an advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related quantitative fields. A minimum of 4 years of experience using SQL to extract and transform complex structured and semi-structured data is required, along with at least 2 years of experience using Tableau for building reports and dashboards. Additionally, candidates should have 4 years of experience in Python and related analytics libraries.
The Data Analyst will analyze core business topics using Highspot’s product and business data to gain insights that drive product development and enhance platform effectiveness. They will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying statistics, machine learning, and operations research techniques, and design, develop, deploy, and monitor those solutions. The analyst will work with the Data Engineering team to conceptualize automated data pipelines and define top-level business, team, and product metrics while building automated reports in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.

Highspot also includes features for onboarding and training sales reps, ensuring they are well-prepared for real-world situations.
