Requirements

Proficiency in .NET development
Experience with full-stack development, including front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Azure)
Proven experience in managing development teams
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
Strong experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality

Responsibilities

Oversee the development of Clickthrough features, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery
Manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices
Work closely with other teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and QA, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features
Engage in both front-end and back-end development tasks, contributing to the overall architecture and design of the application
