Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and IT domains
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Technical background in Application Security
  • Technical background in Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, etc.)
  • Technical background in Infrastructure & Network Security
  • Experience using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps or similar ticketing tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning
  • Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple language
  • Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients
  • Knowledge of developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
  • Knowledge of tools, techniques, approaches, and processes of cybersecurity risk management
  • Knowledge of technologies and technology-based solutions dealing with information security issues
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer Associate, PMP (or equivalent), GIAC certifications (GSEC, GCLD, GCCC, GISF, GISP, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from planning through execution and delivery
  • Develop and implement security strategies for networks, cloud environments, and applications
  • Oversee incident response efforts and ensure timely resolution of security breaches
  • Collaborate with IT operations, infrastructure, and development teams to integrate security best practices
  • Design and enforce network segmentation policies to enhance security posture
  • Utilize tools like ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for workflow automation, ticketing, and project tracking
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cybersecurity team members
  • Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies
