Requirements

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and IT domains
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
Technical background in Application Security
Technical background in Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, etc.)
Technical background in Infrastructure & Network Security
Experience using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps or similar ticketing tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning
Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple language
Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients
Knowledge of developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
Knowledge of tools, techniques, approaches, and processes of cybersecurity risk management
Knowledge of technologies and technology-based solutions dealing with information security issues
Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer Associate, PMP (or equivalent), GIAC certifications (GSEC, GCLD, GCCC, GISF, GISP, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage cybersecurity projects from planning through execution and delivery
Develop and implement security strategies for networks, cloud environments, and applications
Oversee incident response efforts and ensure timely resolution of security breaches
Collaborate with IT operations, infrastructure, and development teams to integrate security best practices
Design and enforce network segmentation policies to enhance security posture
Utilize tools like ServiceNow and Azure DevOps for workflow automation, ticketing, and project tracking
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cybersecurity team members
Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies
