Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales, direct sales, or technology consulting, with a focus on industrial networks and cybersecurity
  • Fluent in English (ability to speak Chinese/Japanese is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, domestically and internationally
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and software applications
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation technologies

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and pre-sales expert for OT cybersecurity solutions across Asia Pacific
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and align Rockwell’s cybersecurity offerings accordingly
  • Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to internal teams, partners, and customers
  • Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements, and performance testing with customers
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor messaging and solutions
  • Align solutions with customer outcomes by collaborating across global teams, partners, and business units
  • Provide technical training to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
  • Conduct/participate in thought leadership webinars
  • Represent Rockwell Automation at industry events, trade shows, and seminars
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify differentiators
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting
  • Provide product feedback to influence development and close solution gaps
