Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pre-sales, direct sales, or technology consulting, with a focus on industrial networks and cybersecurity
Fluent in English (ability to speak Chinese/Japanese is a plus)
Willingness to travel up to 50%, domestically and internationally
Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, drives, and software applications
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation technologies

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor and pre-sales expert for OT cybersecurity solutions across Asia Pacific
Engage with customers to understand their needs and align Rockwell’s cybersecurity offerings accordingly
Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to internal teams, partners, and customers
Lead product demonstrations, proof-of-value and proof-of-concept engagements, and performance testing with customers
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor messaging and solutions
Align solutions with customer outcomes by collaborating across global teams, partners, and business units
Provide technical training to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
Conduct/participate in thought leadership webinars
Represent Rockwell Automation at industry events, trade shows, and seminars
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify differentiators
Maintain CRM accuracy and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting
Provide product feedback to influence development and close solution gaps
