Requirements

  • Expertise in engineering, deploying, and maintaining security platforms (insider threat detection, secure data exchange, GRC, email security, asset visibility)
  • Ability to work across diverse security technologies and implement integrations for unified security operations
  • Proficiency in developing API-based workflows, data exchange mechanisms, and data pipelines for security telemetry aggregation, correlation, reporting, and analytics
  • Skills in automation scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
  • Knowledge of building CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, validation, and deployment
  • Capability to provide operational support, troubleshooting, incident response, capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalability assessments
  • Experience in platform upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, problem management, and change management processes

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain insider threat monitoring and detection platforms
  • Engineer and optimize secure file transfer and secure data exchange platforms for collaboration with external partners, clinical trial sites, and regulatory agencies
  • Implement and manage email security platforms, including secure email gateways, anti-phishing solutions, and advanced threat protection
  • Deploy and maintain GRC platforms supporting risk assessments, policy management, compliance tracking, and audit workflows
  • Build and operate asset discovery and visibility platforms for IT assets, software, and security posture inventory
  • Implement integrations between Cyber Tech Services platforms and systems like logging, identity management, and ticketing
  • Develop automation scripts, Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, CI/CD pipelines, self-service capabilities, and custom tools
  • Provide engineering support for troubleshooting, security investigations, incident response, capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalability
  • Analyze platform metrics, error rates, utilization trends, and user feedback for optimization
  • Manage platform upgrades, patching, lifecycle activities, problem management, preventive measures, and change management processes
