Requirements

Candidates must possess native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or above) and excellent English communication skills. Experience in customer support is required, along with the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. Strong leadership, decision-making, conflict management, and analytical skills are essential, as is familiarity with ticketing platforms like Helpshift or Zendesk and the Google suite. The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, work under pressure, and provide constructive feedback is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Player Engagement Team Lead will lead, motivate, coach, and train customer support teams, creating schedules and ensuring tasks align with client requirements. Responsibilities include proactively addressing project issues, upholding studio policies and security standards, and serving as an escalation point for customer issues. The role involves monitoring ticket databases to meet KPIs and SLAs, reviewing reports to resolve anomalies, and creating CRM/tool views for enhanced visibility. Additionally, the Team Lead will conduct quality control checks, develop training materials, and evaluate personnel performance.
