Requirements

  • At least 6 months BPO experience handling US Healthcare Insurance
  • Knowledge with ICD codes is a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written English skills
  • Amenable working onsite in Mandaluyong
  • Willing to work night shifts

Responsibilities

  • Check and confirm daily admissions to ensure proper documentation and workflow
  • Gather and enter patient intake information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Monitor and track incoming referrals from various sources to ensure timely follow-up and processing
  • Review and validate diagnosis codes (ICD codes) to ensure accuracy for billing and clinical documentation
  • Communicate regularly with the Intake Manager to address issues, updates, and support overall intake operations
  • Assist in coordinating tasks related to both pre-admission (e.g., insurance checks, documentation) and post-admission follow-up
