Requirements

Degree in Management Engineering or economic disciplines (Economics, Management, Statistics)
Excellent knowledge of the Office package, specifically in Excel and PPT, and possibly of other software or data analysis techniques
Good knowledge of English

Responsibilities

Managing and monitoring customer orders through management systems (SAP, EDI, CRM) in order to ensure perfect business execution
Support new projects related to CSC's digitalization
Support process innovation
Extract the necessary reports from SAP and CRM for analysis to support the business
Manage the orders prioritization according to requirements (insufficient stock situation, urgencies, etc.), providing proactive feedback to internal stakeholders
Manage customer complaints, returns and credit notes
Manage order-related activities according to the cut-off schedule
Follow up logistics partners and customers for punctuality and complete delivery of orders (OTIF)
