Responsibilities
As the Senior Staff GRC person, you will establish, implement, and monitor governance, risk, and compliance standards and frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and internal governance needs; you will lead governance enhancements by developing, implementing, and maintaining clear and comprehensive GRC policies, procedures, and standards; you will operationalize GRC standards and frameworks through cross-functional collaboration; you will monitor GRC processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency, and act as a change agent to adapt the organization to evolving regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
