Requirements

Responsibilities

The Customer Retention Representative will engage and re-engage high-volume PLG and sales-assisted customers at risk of churn by identifying pain points and delivering value propositions. They will transition at-risk customers to Account Managers, reach out to actively churning customers to create urgency, and analyze churn data to refine outreach strategies. This role also involves collaborating with Account Management, Implementation, and Support teams, and tracking retention playbooks for improved customer lifecycle management.
