Requirements

  • Must be enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited university for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op
  • Must be pursuing or graduated from a Master’s level degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or related major
  • Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e., extracurricular activities or projects)
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
  • Ability to commit to a 10–12-week, full time
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with an ability to lead without authority
  • Sound strategic thinking
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (French would be an asset)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Project management skills / detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of several projects
  • Provide analysis of market dynamics identifying areas of opportunities
  • Help provide strategic input into customer marketing plan development
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in the development and approval of marketing collateral
  • Participate in the day-to-day sales management of the Vision Care portfolio
  • Assist in the management of several strategic projects
  • Help perform strategic analysis to identify areas of opportunity
  • Provide support in the day-to-day management of our portfolio at Mississauga, Canada
