Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps
Must have skills: Microsoft Power Apps
Good to have skills: NA (experience with Model-Driven Apps, Migration, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and SQL is a plus)

Professional & Technical Skills:
Developing in PowerApps (Canvas) with Power Automate/Flow, SharePoint/Dataverse
Knowledge of Power FX
Experience customizing SharePoint lists using OOTB and integrating with PowerApps
Ability to create business processes and approval workflows with out-of-the-box MS Flow/Automate
Create and manage custom connections to integrate external data sources and services
Implement and manage security and permissions in Power Apps for compliance and data protection

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with team members to understand project needs and develop innovative solutions
Ensure applications are optimized for performance and usability
Participate in testing and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality software
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions for work-related problems
Assist in documentation of application specifications and user guides
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with latest technologies and best practices
Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
Work directly with clients for requirement gathering and application development
Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot challenges
Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement
