Requirements

8+ years of overall IT experience in data engineering/analytics
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and data modeling
Experience in ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and reporting solutions
Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Lake, ADF)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
15 years full-time education
Minimum 5 years of experience (as stated)
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
Experience with Power BI, Fabric Security & Governance
Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI integration with Fabric

Responsibilities

Build and optimize data pipelines, lakehouses, and data models using Microsoft Fabric
Work with OneLake, Dataflows, Pipelines, and Notebooks to deliver reliable data solutions
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into Fabric-based implementations
Integrate Fabric solutions with Power BI and other enterprise data platforms
Ensure data quality, performance, and governance across all Fabric workloads
Stay updated with new Fabric features and recommend best practices
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
