ARIBA SCC - PO related documents such as POs, Order confirmations, ASNs, GRs
CIG - custom mappings, transaction tracker etc
SAP MM - Configurations related to ARIBA in ECC, knowledge on Business processes and whole PO flow in SAP
ARIBA integration with ECC

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Work with client counterparts to understand requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize solutions
Conduct client workshops to explain proposed solutions, provide effort estimations, and develop detailed execution plans for SAP Ariba SCC and SAP MM
Prioritize requirements and perform gap analysis of existing solutions, assessing impact on downstream systems with respect to upstream configurations and customizations
Configure SAP MM modules and create Change Requests capturing development and configuration changes in transport
Map client business requirements and processes to SAP solutions, providing necessary product modifications through configuration and code development
Plan and develop test plans, scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts for system validation
Plan and execute batch jobs, initial data loads, XML file updates, and transport movements across systems as part of deployment activities
Review all deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and consistency in configurations
Provide L4 (DRI) support, resolving complex production issues and performing deep-dive troubleshooting
Analyze root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term fixes to prevent future problems
Support hypercare and stabilization phases after go-live, ensuring smooth system operation
Provide post-go-live support, including incident resolution, bug fixing, and performance monitoring to ensure minimal business disruption
Train end users on system functionality and write clear user manuals and documentation for system operations
Monitor system performance and adjust configurations and code to resolve issues and enhance efficiency
Conduct Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and mentor new joiners on MS processes and best practices
Prepare configurations and documentation for manual configurations as part of knowledge sharing and system standardization
Develop and execute early bug detection strategies and ensure smooth testing processes in various instances
Provide ongoing support during the post-go-live phase, proactively identifying and addressing system bugs and issues
