Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team through the development process
Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
