Minimum 3 years of experience in Talend ETL
Proficiency in Talend ETL (Must Have skill)

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and oversee the development process
Ensure applications meet specified needs and engage in problem-solving to enhance performance and user experience
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute solutions to work-related problems
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
