Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience (9+ years preferred for E2E implementation in SAP S/4HANA Material Management with lead role)
5+ years of consulting experience in Middle East or India-based SAP projects with Oil and Gas industry focus
In-depth understanding and extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Material Management (SAP MM)
15 years of full-time education
Expertise in configuration of MM modules: Strategic Sourcing, Transactional Sourcing, RFx Processing, Contract Management, Subcontractor Collaboration/Enhancement, Subcontractor Relationship Management (Risk/Qualification/Performance), Materials Requirement Planning, Quality Management, Supply Chain Network Strategy, Inventory Management, Logistics Planning & Management
Good understanding of MM integrations with Ariba and WM (Warehouse Management)
Experience with existing business processes (localization, customizations, integrations) in SAP S/4HANA MM
Experience driving design workshops with Business Process Owners per best practices
Skills in reviewing deliverables for quality assurance per industry standards
Ability to assist in managing functional and integration testing, coordinating across modules and third parties
Familiarity with integration points

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP MM solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP MM, providing guidance and innovative solutions for complex business challenges
Analyze the organization’s business model and processes for seamless integration with SAP MM technology
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster stakeholder collaboration, and validate solutions
Develop detailed documentation outlining business processes, system requirements, and solution designs
Utilize data analysis to identify trends, improvements, and innovation opportunities in asset management
Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and team alignment
Support SAP MM solution implementation by coordinating with technical teams and aligning with business objectives
Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide cross-team solutions
Continuously assess and refine business processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards
Analyze, design, code, and test application components across multiple clients
Engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks to ensure optimal application function and client requirements
