Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements through analysis, development, testing, and deployment across the development lifecycle
Quickly adopt new technologies and deliver solutions
Produce deliverables that follow development standards and principles, on time
Produce detailed breakdowns of development tasks on projects
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project goals are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team through the development process
Engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational objectives and keep stakeholders informed
