Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Veeva Vault, with a focus on QualityOne (hands-on experience with various features and modules)
Hands-on Veeva Vault configuration experience
Experience with Veeva Vault Rest API and Vault Loader
Familiarity with Veeva Vault SDK and Java/Python, including ability to debug and solve SDK issues
Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues in Veeva Vault and related systems
Knowledge of Vault metadata models, document types, lifecycles, and object structures
Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow or HPSM
Excellent communication skills for daily sync-ups, reporting, and issue escalations
15 years full-time education
Minimum 4-5 years of experience specifically in Veeva Vault QualityOne

Responsibilities

Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Review deliverables and ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and compliance expectations
Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and build new solutions
Mentor team members and guide them
Perform release impact assessment of Veeva Vault and provide detailed reports to business
Provide support on various complex issues raised by end users with effective and satisfactory outcomes
Work on Change Requests and build/configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Create efficient and scalable solutions aligned with organizational needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
