Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Veeva Vault, with a focus on QualityOne (hands-on experience with various features and modules)
  • Hands-on Veeva Vault configuration experience
  • Experience with Veeva Vault Rest API and Vault Loader
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault SDK and Java/Python, including ability to debug and solve SDK issues
  • Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues in Veeva Vault and related systems
  • Knowledge of Vault metadata models, document types, lifecycles, and object structures
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow or HPSM
  • Excellent communication skills for daily sync-ups, reporting, and issue escalations
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience specifically in Veeva Vault QualityOne

Responsibilities

  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Review deliverables and ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and compliance expectations
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and build new solutions
  • Mentor team members and guide them
  • Perform release impact assessment of Veeva Vault and provide detailed reports to business
  • Provide support on various complex issues raised by end users with effective and satisfactory outcomes
  • Work on Change Requests and build/configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
  • Create efficient and scalable solutions aligned with organizational needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
