Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency
Analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients
Collaborate with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring applications meet evolving user needs while adhering to best practices
