Must have skills: Microsoft Power Apps
Professional & Technical Skills: Developing in PowerApps (Canvas) with Power Automate/Flow, SharePoint/Dataverse; Knowledge on Power FX; Experience customizing SharePoint lists using OOTB and integrating with PowerApps; Ability to create business processes and approval workflows with out-of-the-box MS Flow/Automate; Create and manage custom connections to integrate external data sources and services; Implement and manage security and permissions in Power Apps; Work directly with clients for requirement gathering and application development; Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot
Good to have skills: Model-Driven Apps, Migration, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL

Responsibilities

Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Active participation/contribution in team discussions
Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback
Design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Develop custom software solutions tailored to specific business needs
Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement
