Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)
Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)
Experience with data modeling and report creation in Microsoft Power BI
Ability to integrate Power BI with various data sources for comprehensive reporting
Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations and data manipulation
Knowledge of star schemas / dimensional models
Knowledge of Power BI reports and Power BI Paginated reports
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure application development aligns with business objectives
Oversee project timelines and facilitate communication among stakeholders
Engage in problem-solving activities and provide guidance and support to the team
Ensure best practices are followed throughout the development process
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments for timely delivery
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges
Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Design target data models to support business reporting needs
Produce data mapping documentation for the build team
Handle non-functional requirements, including PII data in the design
Ensure calculation and business logic is captured to meet reporting requirements
Work with BAs and client teams to capture all data requirements
