Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (Must Have)
15 years full time education
Experience with Apex programming and Salesforce APIs (Good to Have)
Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with Salesforce platform features and best practices
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions

Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project goals are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges
Guide the team through the development process
Engage in strategic planning to align application features with business needs
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve application performance and user experience
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
