Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, DevSecOps, Application Security, Security Penetration Testing
Experience in Application Security Testing or IT Security Engineering
Hands-on experience with Application Security solutions (SAST, SCA, IAST, API) and vulnerability analysis
Hands-on experience with implementing security controls in the CI/CD pipeline
Technical experience in infrastructure setup for Application security and Penetration testing tools
Strong understanding and experience with project planning and execution, application on-boarding or service adoption, and agile delivery
Very good knowledge of the Azure cloud ecosystem and its native capabilities
Good knowledge of networking, operating systems, scripting, version control basics (e.g., Git)
Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
Technical communication and documentation skills
15 years full time education
Willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week

Responsibilities

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure application development aligns with organizational goals
Oversee project timelines
Facilitate communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
Engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to team members
Ensure adherence to best practices in application development
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
