Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project goals are met
Facilitate discussions to gather requirements
Oversee the development process to ensure alignment with business objectives
Engage in problem-solving activities and provide guidance and support to team members
Ensure applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality
