Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work
Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation of application features
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for optimal application performance
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate, and manage the team
Make team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster collaboration
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with overall objectives, making adjustments as necessary
