Professional & Technical Skills: Developing in PowerApps (Canvas) with Power Automate/Flow, SharePoint/Dataverse; Knowledge of Power FX; Experience customizing SharePoint lists using OOTB and integrating with PowerApps; Ability to create business processes and approval workflows with out-of-the-box MS Flow/Automate; Create and manage custom connections to integrate external data sources and services; Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing; Implement and manage security and permissions in Power Apps for compliance and data protection; Work directly with clients for requirement gathering and application development; Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot; Identify areas where Microsoft 365 can be leveraged for process improvement
Good to have skills: Model-Driven Apps, Migration, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with team members to understand project needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure applications are optimized for performance and usability
Participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure applications function as intended
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback
