Core technical skills: Teamcenter latest version & Active Workspace 6.3, Teamcenter Customization (BMIDE, ITK, RAC & SOA), defining Data Model and Product Structure (rules, relationships, constraints), TC Active Workspace (AWC) configuration & customization, programming languages (C, C++, Java, Shell scripting), Windows Server 7 (32 & 64 bit) and above & Linux server expertise, PLM-Teamcenter administration 10 and above (FMS, Variant rule), expertise in Teamcenter modules (Organization, Project, Access manager, Structure/Multi-Structure, Workflow, TC Quality, NX Easy Planner, MPP), tools (Teamcenter latest version, Eclipse 3.6+, Catia), databases (SQL or Oracle), JIRA/Confluence, GitHub/SVN, CICD & DevOps, License/Change/Configuration Management, 2-Tier & 4-Tier architecture & deployment, TC integration with CAD/Manufacturing/ERP (CATIA, Creo, Tecnomatics, SAP, other PLM), Teamcenter Multisite/Site consolidation/Data Migration/PLMXML/IPS Loader/TCXML
Teamcenter implementation/upgrade, deep understanding of Teamcenter concepts, strong analytical and configuration skills, C/C++, Java, ITK, SOA, Teamcenter customization, 3rd level support, integration with CAD tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Develop and configure software systems end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities
Collaborate with various teams to ensure software solutions meet client requirements and project specifications
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project progress updates
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
