Responsibilities

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency
Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across various clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful implementation of software solutions
Perform maintenance and enhancements on software solutions
Ensure application code meets necessary standards and requirements
Address issues that arise during the development process
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
