Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education
Must-have skills: SAP Security
Deep knowledge of SAP Security concepts (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, BI)
Expertise in SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control) and Identity Management
Role design, transport management, and SoD analysis
Proven experience in recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects facing significant delivery challenges
Demonstrated ability to restore delivery excellence and manage delivery recovery efforts end-to-end (issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, execution of turnaround plans)
Experience managing robust delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies
Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex green field implementations, transformations, and migrations
Ability to assess current state, define recovery solutions, and execute recovery plans with minimal impact on cost, schedule, and scope

Responsibilities

Design and implement SAP security roles and authorizations
Manage SAP GRC (Access Control, Process Control) and SoD compliance
Oversee vulnerability assessments and remediation activities
Collaborate with client security architects for governance and audits
Guide team members on SAP security best practices and standards
Integrate SAP security with IAM and cloud security frameworks
Lead SAP security governance and infrastructure initiatives ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and secure access management across SAP landscapes
Manage delivery recovery efforts end-to-end—including issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, and execution of turnaround plans
Manage robust delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring strict adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards
Successfully re-baseline delivery plans, manage risks and issues proactively, and realign delivery commitments with client expectations
Monitor and enhance Delivery Experience (DEX), drive reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improve delivery quality through measurable KPIs
Build and maintain trust with internal and external stakeholders through structured communications, governance routines, and proactive engagement
Support Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, and status reviews to ensure transparency, alignment, and stakeholder confidence
Track and analyse key schedule, quality & financial metrics (e.g., SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, budget compliance); identify cost leakages and lead commercial resets and EAC recovery initiatives
Proactively identify delivery risks and implement preventive or corrective actions; ensure compliance with internal audits, InfoSec requirements, and quality gates
Provide hands-on support to address complex technical and project-level challenges across teams
Manage contract deliverables, including financial constructs, liability clauses, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria
Drive excellence through agile methodologies, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
