Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in Embedded Product Verification & Validation (at least 5 years in automotive domain, overall 7-9 years in testing and validation)
Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation (Bachelors/Masters)
Very good knowledge in CANoe, Python, CAPL
Experience with Confluence, Jira, DOORs
Good knowledge of ECU and HiL hardware, Ethernet, CAN protocols
System and subsystem knowledge of Automotive ECUs
Very good knowledge on test automation (SystemUI/API/functional/system); Kotlin/Java; Espresso/JUnit/Appium/Robolectric/pytest
Experience with AAOS or embedded test env; ASPICE L2+; ISO 21434; MISRA/FOSS; CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions); Git; AIDL; SOME/IP; CAN; Bluetooth/Wi-Fi
Good knowledge of HIL/SIL; CANoe/Vector/ETAS; Android instrumentation/emulator testing; Test dashboards (Allure/TestRail); Agile testing; ISO 21434 awareness
Hands-on experience in assembling a test bench (HIL) and working with hardware and electrical components
Practical experience with Atlassian Toolchain (Jira, Confluence) or programming languages such as Python or C#
Experience in requirement understanding, configuration management, bug tracking tools, change management tools
Experience in test strategy creation, test planning, and tooling enablement
Excellent team player with very good communication skills, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, debugging skills, and independent structured working style

Responsibilities

Develop test strategies, specify new test cases, and implement automated test suites
Analyze and interpret test results, discuss with technical experts, and support optimization of testing processes
Test infotainment systems in cooperation with customers and process partners, contribute to innovative technologies
Design and maintain automated test frameworks; build functional/regression/integration/performance test suites
Define strategies and acceptance criteria; execute and analyze results
Ensure requirements traceability; integrate tests in CI/CD
Debug on hardware (CANoe/Vector); report quality metrics
Align with ASPICE and cybersecurity standards
Act as interface in testing, validation, integration, and requirements management
Coordinate with team members across different national and international locations
Participate in building and developing the testing team in test development, execution, environment development/maintenance, guidance, and technical mentorship
Offer guidance and mentoring to teams regarding technology usage
