Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Take responsibility for team decisions

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients
Perform maintenance and enhancements on applications to meet evolving user needs while adhering to best practices
